Jack is the front man – it’s in his DNA. He understands that the personality of the business owner and their business requirements are inextricably linked and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and suppliers is crucial to being able to stay one step ahead.

Like all good business-owners, Jack is restless when things are quiet and constantly works to improve Logical’s service delivery.

Jack enjoys – time with his wife and kids, BBQs, beer and riding his push bike (presumably not all at the same time).

Simon is the technical firepower and project leader. He is never happier than when presented with a gnarly problem. He is responsible for investigating new solutions for clients and leads major projects responsible for the quality of the work.

He is the go to man for all the engineers and provides day to day support for any technical issues.

Simon enjoys – unique cars, being able to relax, good company and a well-earned drink at the end of the day.

Tisha’s efficiency, organisational and project skills are well used in her role as Operations Manager. Our clients can rest assured, knowing they have a dedicated, customer-focused person ensuring that Logical.IT’s service remains at the highest level.

Tisha enjoys – a good gym workout, ocean swimming, playing the piano, and time in the sun.

Tom’s motto is to keep calm and carry on which is handy as he is responsible for solving all the bigger issues for clients that take a little more time and skill. His particular expertise is in VoIP and cloud solutions and undertakes all implementation work and upgrades.

Tom enjoys – video games, long walks on the beach, model crafting, music, video games, video games, and video games.

Jason is one of the friendly voices you will hear when you call through with your IT problems. He enjoys the diversity of the problems, from the quick to the challenging.

Jason enjoys keeping active; ocean swimming, cycling and mountain biking.

He is an avid reader, likes a wide range of music, learning about the latest technology.

Nicholas is another one of the people you’ll hear when you call about your IT issues. He enjoys gaming and working on nerdy IT projects in his spare time.

Nicholas enjoys basketball, food and learning about new technologies

Jason has joined the Logical IT team from M&T Technical Services and is originally from the sunny Hawkes Bay. He’s passionate about the latest technology and finding the best solutions. He’s a handy man to have around and can fix a broken laptop with just a screwdriver!

Jason enjoys – spending time with his wife and young daughter, motorcycles and cars, rugby, movies, travel and a cold craft beer.

Kunal our Helpdesk technician is the latest addition to the Logical IT family. He is from India the land of Taj mahal.
He is always keen to learn about new technologies and get his hands on it. A total gadget freak.
