Xtra Email Accounts Hacked

There has been another round of hacked and or blocked accounts for Xtra users. Users may find that they are unable to log in to their accounts and have to reset their passwords. This can be achieved here.

It is highly recommended that anyone who finds that their account is blocked change their password immediately and check their other accounts have not been compromised. We suggest that users change all their passwords to ensure that no data can be stolen or to at least minimise any damage.

This the latest in a series of account breaches at Xtra, with the largest occurring in February this year when 87,000 Xtra accounts were compromised.
